The villa is developed on three levels and divided into a main building and a dependence.

The garden surrounding the villa expands in lowering plains, connected to each other thanks to stone pathways, and will present a well to which the irrigation system will be wired up. There is a pedestrian entryway at the end of the garden, with two more parking spots outside.
The villa is currently undergoing renovation and will be completed with high-quality materials and advanced systems by next Spring; final client's choice is still available for some finishing touches.
The villa's biggest strength is its position, especially close to the village and to the sea while reserved yet not isolated.
