Set within the stunning Cinque Terre context, in the Schiara locality, among vineyards and paths overlooking the sea, there's this semi-independent house cliffside over the sea, enjoying terraces and garden.
The house, which is equipped with independent entrance, is developed on two levels connected through an inside staircase. On the first floor: bright day quarters with kitchenette, small fireplace and exit onto a first terrace offering a lovely sea view. On the ground floor: the night quarters, consisting of double bedroom with exit onto a second terrace and bathroom with shower. Outside, the house has a garden set up with a lounging space as well as a dining space shadowed by an arbor with vineyard.
The house has been completely renovated in 2011 safeguarding the original materials.
The house can be reached from the parking area through a stunning panoramic path of about 15 minutes on foot. A monorail is available to tansport luggage from the small parking square to the house.
The sea can be reached in under 5 minutes on foot.
Separated from the house, there's an accessory land serving as vineyard and currently loaned to use to a farmer.
